Your Personal 3D Body Studio

Build a freely adjustable 3D body model from your height, weight, and other measurements. Sculpt its shape and pose region by region, then inspect it from any viewpoint.

Getting Started with the 3D Body Visualizer

Set the overall build in Basic settings, refine individual areas and the pose as you go, then save or share what you have made.

Set the Overall Body Shape

Set the Base Figure

Stay on Standard by default and switch to Extended only when you need a broader slider range; keep Age at Young unless an age-specific build matters.

Adjust Gender and Age first, then set Height and Weight. If the overall shape doesn’t look right, adjust Muscle and Proportions, then check Weight again because both settings can affect the estimate.

The canvas shows an approximate body based on the current height, weight, and shape settings. To explore without adjusting every control, choose from the four presets—Extremely thin, Base, Muscular, or Obese—or use the dice button to generate a random shape.

Refine Shape and Measurements

Fine-Tune Shape and Girths

Quick controls cover the everyday numbers — chest, waist, hips, arm and leg girths, and inseam — in one place.

Use All controls for finer changes to the shoulders, torso depth, head, hands, feet, and other areas. Quick and All controls stay linked, so changes in one appear in the other.

The 3D shape, estimated weight, and related measurements update together. Slider limits change with the current model. They show only how far each setting can be adjusted and do not indicate recommended or healthy values.

Pose the Model or View the Wireframe

Pose It or Check the Wireframe

Turn Bones on to grab and drag any joint marker, or dial in exact angles with the matching X, Y, and Z sliders.

Use the A-pose or T-pose preset to position the whole body. Wireframe shows the surface mesh.

Rotate the model to review the pose from any angle. Return to Body shape whenever you want to reshape the figure.

Compare, Save, and Share Models

Compare, Keep, and Share

Add model clones the current figure for a side-by-side comparison, and Share model lets you decide whether the exported image carries your measurements.

Copy, download, or share a static image showing the models on the canvas from the current viewing angle. To keep the setup editable, copy the model link instead.

Opening the model link restores the saved models, shapes, poses, and viewing angle, allowing you or anyone you share it with to continue adjusting the setup.

What can the 3D Body Visualizer help you do?

See your measurements in 3D, compare models for different weight goals, or create an adjustable reference for drawing and 3D work.

See Your Numbers Take Shape in 3D

Turn your height, weight, and measurements into a model, then study its silhouette and proportions from whatever angle you need.

Visualize Weight Goals Side by Side

Weighing a gain or a cut? Build a model for each target weight and put them next to each other — the difference speaks for itself.

Build References for Art and 3D

Need a particular build, pose, or camera angle? Shape the model and keep it on hand for figure drawing, character design, or 3D work.
